60 Vayadu Maaniram or 60 Vayathu Maaniram also known as Arubathu Vayadu Maaniram (English: 60 years fair looking) is a 2018 Indian Tamil drama thriller film written and directed by Radha Mohan. This movie is the remake of 2016 Kannada film Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu. The film stars Vikram Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Indhuja and Samuthirakani in main lead roles. This film is produced by popular producer and distributor Kalaipuli S. Thanu under his production company V Creations.
The film revolves around Govindarajan (Prakash Raj), a sixty-year old man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, goes missing. His son Shiva (Vikram Prabhu) who is worried by his father’s disappearance embarks on a search with a female doctor. Govindarajan gets entangled with a killer who has committed a murder. The rest of the film involves whether Shiva finds his father or not.
The film’s score and soundtrack are scored by music maestro Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, collaborating with the director for the first time. M.S. Vivekanand, T.S. Jai and K. Kathir are selected as cinematographer, editor and art director respectively, continuing their collaboration with the director from his previous film, Brindavanam. The film received average reviews from the audience due to the stunning thundering opening of Imaikkaa Nodigal.
